Hi, I’m Dan – the founder of Forged Physiques.
I’m a former Professional Rugby Player with 10 years of experience in the Pro game. Throughout my playing career, I always had a burning desire to help and inspire others to transform their lives, not just physically, but mentally too.
I kept seeing guys who wanted more from life, but were stuck. Not because they weren’t trying, but because they lacked the right support, education and direction. Seeing this, lead to that passion becoming a vision – a vision of impact. This was the start of my coaching journey and the start of Forged Physiques.
I’ve taken everything I’ve developed throughout my rugby career; of discipline, resilience, and pushing past limits – values which I truly believe are essential for achieving success – and built them into the pillars of the Forged coaching ethos.
Our mission? To help as many people as possible unleash their full potential.
